Kimreeaa Gallery will hold a group exhibition <Small Paintings - My Bijou!> from February 1 to February 29, 2024, as its first exhibition of the new year. In this exhibition, we will explore the hidden stories and meanings encapsulated in the small paintings like jewels, painted by each artist and aim to uncover our own treasure. 

 

 Small works of art themselves play the role of a secret communication between the artist and the viewer. The unique emotional connection and intimacy between the work and the viewer, the artist and the audience, the artist and the painted object, and the artist and the work are conveyed through the work, like a small and precious jewel, creating a special moment. Small works of art that contain the artist's subtle emotions and intricate narratives also provide a unique opportunity for viewers to have a closer connection to the artist's world.

 

 Through this exhibition, where distinctive artworks from 17 artists are showcased like a collection of jewels, we hope you will immerse yourself in the distinct emotions and meanings conveyed by these small artworks, creating a more intimate connection with the realm of art.
